Privacy Notice

1. Data we collect

• Contact and business details you enter, such as your name, company, email address and WhatsApp or phone number.
• Messages, request details and the recent demo chat transcript when you submit a demo form.
• Technical and security data needed to operate and protect the site, such as the time and source page of a request. For lead rate limiting, an IP address is transformed into a one-way hash; the raw address is not stored in the lead database.
• Your language preference, stored on your device so the site can open in the language you selected.

2. Why we use it

We do not use a contact request to send unrelated marketing unless you separately ask for or agree to it.

• To review and respond to your request.
• To understand the business process you want to automate and prepare a relevant follow-up.
• To operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the website and its demos.
• To meet applicable legal obligations and protect legitimate claims.

3. Consent

Before a form is submitted, we ask you to actively agree to the processing described in this notice. You may withdraw that consent at any time by emailing contact@arvion.digital. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed, and we may retain limited records where the law requires it.

4. AI demo messages

Demo messages may be processed by an AI service to generate a reply and may be stored with the request when you submit the demo form. Do not enter passwords, payment card data, government identification numbers, medical information or other sensitive personal data into a public demo.

5. Service providers and international processing

We use service providers for hosting, database storage, security, email delivery and AI processing. They may process data in countries outside Vietnam, only as needed to provide those services and subject to appropriate contractual and security measures.

We do not sell personal data. We disclose it only to service providers acting for this project, when you ask us to, or when required by applicable law.

6. Retention

We keep inquiry data only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, continue the requested discussion, secure the service and meet legal obligations. An inquiry that does not become an active customer relationship is ordinarily reviewed for deletion no later than 12 months after the last meaningful contact. Some audit or security records may be kept longer where reasonably necessary or legally required.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access or obtain a copy of your data, correct it, withdraw consent, restrict or object to processing, or have it deleted. You may also raise a complaint with the competent authority.

8. Security

We use access controls, server-side validation, anti-spam limits and other reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

This business website is not intended for children. Do not submit a child's personal data through the forms or demos.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this notice when the service, providers or legal operator changes. The date and notice version at the top show the current text.
