Verified guest answers, with your team in control.
Arvion's Hotel AI answers from property-approved information, collects booking and service requests, and passes them to a named hotel employee for confirmation. The current base delivery is website chat; external channels and integrations are quoted only after their technical gates pass.

Hotel teams repeat the same answers every day.
Guests wait for routine information
Check-in times, breakfast, transfers and policies compete with front-desk work.
Requests arrive without structure
Dates, guest count and contact details often have to be collected across several messages.
Language gaps slow the conversation
International guests may need the same approved information in different languages.
Confirmation ownership is unclear
A request is not a booking until a named hotel employee confirms it with the guest.
Approved answers, structured requests, human confirmation.
The assistant uses the hotel's approved room types, rates, policies and FAQs. When information is missing or an action needs approval, it says so and hands the request to the hotel team instead of inventing availability or confirming a booking.
Answers
Responds from the approved hotel knowledge base in an enabled language.
Collects
Captures dates, guest count, contact consent and the details needed for a request.
Hands off
Routes the request to a named employee who confirms the outcome with the guest.
What the existing product can deliver now.
Verified hotel FAQs
Approved hours, policies, room categories, listed rates and property information.
Booking-request collection
Collects a request without claiming live inventory or a confirmed booking.
Five languages
English, Vietnamese, Russian, Korean and Chinese after client approval.
Website chat
The current base channel included in the controlled pilot.
Consent-gated contact capture
Contact details are collected only after explicit consent.
Human handoff
Missing, sensitive or action-dependent information goes to the hotel team.
Authorized review
Named staff can review conversations and incoming requests.
Pilot report
The pilot ends with a written go, extend or stop decision.
A pilot designed to produce evidence.
- Less repetitive answering
Measure which approved questions the assistant can handle consistently.
- Faster first response
Measure response time for supported website-chat questions.
- Better request quality
Check whether the team receives the dates, guest count and contact details it needs.
- Clear human ownership
Every request has a named person responsible for confirmation.
- Multilingual consistency
Run the same acceptance cases in every enabled language.
- Visible limits
Unsupported questions and actions are handed off rather than fabricated.
Commercial terms already approved for sale.
Founding terms are limited to the first three qualifying properties: setup waived and the 3.9m VND monthly price locked for 12 paid months. Standard terms are 7.5m VND setup plus 4.9m VND/month for one property, up to 100 rooms and 1,000 conversations. Custom integrations, provider fees and third-party usage are separate.
Check the issued Hotel scope
Use the inputs to see whether one property fits the issued standard limits. This is a scope check, not a revenue or savings forecast.
One property within 100 rooms, 1,000 conversations and five supported languages.
Founding eligibility, acceptance criteria, external channels, integrations, provider fees and third-party usage require written confirmation.
This checker compares input volume with the issued offer only. It does not forecast revenue, savings, conversion or return on investment.
One controlled workflow with clear boundaries.
The base pilot combines the public website assistant with approved hotel content, structured request collection and authorized staff review.
WhatsApp, Messenger, Zalo, PMS, CRM, payments and telephony are not included by default. Any such item requires separate scope, credentials or provider approval, disclosed third-party cost and a successful live end-to-end test.
See the request flow in action
This example shows listed hotel information and requests pending team confirmation. It does not represent live inventory or an autonomous booking.
- Listed room information. Shows approved categories and rates without claiming availability.
- Booking request. Collects details while the hotel retains confirmation.
- Transfer request. Records the requested service without arranging it autonomously.
- Early check-in request. Explains policy and asks the front desk to confirm.
- Safe fallback. Missing or unsupported information goes to the hotel team.
- Multilingual. The guest can switch among enabled, client-approved languages.
Three controlled stages.
- 01Approve scope and content
Sign the proposal and acceptance criteria; name the owner and approve services, rates, policies, languages and escalation rules.
- 02Configure and test
Configure one assistant and run the acceptance suite in every enabled language, including consent, handoff and false-confirmation checks.
- 03Run and review the pilot
Launch the controlled pilot, review conversations and finish with a written go, extend or stop report.
Questions hotels should ask before a pilot.
Controls required before the pilot goes live.
The Hotel pilot is gated by approved legal text, consent, access roles, retention settings, acceptance tests and zero open critical security or privacy defects.
Only approved hotel facts and content are used for guest answers.
The assistant must not collect contact details before explicit consent.
Named staff receive role-appropriate access to conversations and requests.
Every enabled language and applicable channel must pass a written acceptance suite.
Availability, final prices and operational actions remain with the hotel team unless separately verified and signed.
Collection and retention are limited to the agreed pilot purpose and documented client settings.
The exact security, privacy, retention and integration obligations are confirmed in the signed proposal for each property.
